Our vision

At Oikology, we believe that love for nature starts at home (oikos in Greek). Although we recognize that a lot of change still needs to happen at a governmental level, we do want to encourage you to make conscious decisions in your own life as well. Because what we buy, or do not buy, does impact the greater picture.

We believe in taking action when it comes to protecting the environment, which is how Oikology came to be. We are a family-owned business from Belgium who wants to positively contribute to the growing sustainability and ‘zero-waste’ movement and spread awareness to everyone who wants to listen.

Sustainability

Passionate about sustainability, we always make sure that the products we offer are made from natural, organic and non-toxic materials that will cause as little harm as possible to our environment. And vegan, always. At the same time, we are making sure that our products are easy to use, super durable, as well as affordable in comparison to other companies or suppliers. Because we believe that ecological living should be accessible to everyone and that eliminating single-use plastic products from your household should save you money!

What we promise

We all try to do our bit when it comes to saving the environment, but sometimes we don’t know where to start. Our mission is to bring ecology to our customers’ homes, as we make sustainable and zero-waste alternatives accessible and affordable. This way, it becomes easier to make conscious decisions when it comes to regulating our waste and choosing everyday essentials that don’t harm our environment.
